Case Management

We have created an All In One Clinical and Training Service for current and start-up Assisted Livings (AL) and Adult Residential Care Homes (ARCH), providing superior training and clinical oversight for Case Management (CM) care to residents. Our approach to case management includes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.

Health & Safety

AIONS also provides Health & Safety courses for the Community, Corporate Workplace, and Professional Health Care Provider. Our service equips you with the knowledge and tools to be an advocate and a leader for the health and safety concerns at your workplace and community.

We are committed to progress alongside current evidence based guidelines to ensure that Community, Corporate Workplace, Professional Health Care Workers and Assisted Livings have the highest quality services and work in conjunction with other caregivers to ensure the provision of quality, caring healthcare for all. This is why our trainers have been equipped with certifications to enable our courses to exceed State mandates and help improve unfavorable patient outcomes.

AIONS trainers hold the following certifications. Case Management/Delegated Nursing (CM/DN) Certification from Howard County Community College. American Red Cross Instructor Training in Adult, Infant, and Child CPR, First Aid, AED for the Professional Rescuer, Community and Corporate Workplace. American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens: Disease Transmission Prevention, Family Care giving and Babysitter Training for Youth. We also hold Train the Trainer certifications from the Alzheimer’s Association for Alzheimer and Dementia. And in order to provide the highest level in training, AIONS is trained and certified in Fire Prevention and Protection, Contingency Planning/Disaster and Food Safety/Sanitation. These certifications are from the National Safety Council and Anne Arundel Community College respectively.

Kimberly Speed is President of All In One Nursing Services, Inc. (AIONS). She brings to the company over 12 years of experience in Home Health, Hospice, Hemodialysis, Surgical and Long Term Care settings. A graduate of Hampton University, Mrs. Speed holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She developed and conducted training for a myriad of topics. Recently, she developed training to specifically meet the mandates of State requirements and current trends assessed in patient outcomes.

Prior to establishing AIONS, Mrs. Speed served as Team Leader in a Home Care Agency where she managed and helped train an interdisciplinary team of Healthcare Professionals. Positive patient outcomes and confident well trained staff were key aspects of the team. Her efforts contributed to a successful Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and State Survey reviews.

Mrs. Speed has been consistent in her career in the importance of staying current with evidenced based guidelines in the health and safety industry. She now leads AIONS with that same vision of highly trained professionals to provide the best care and garner the best patient outcomes.
